Important Information in Advance

• Express shipping is not available.
• Despite all due care, damage may occur during transport. Please follow the procedure below:
  • Transport damage must be reported to the delivery company immediately upon receipt of the goods.
  • You must then inform us of any transport damage identified.
  • If in doubt, please do not accept the package! In this case, we will of course refund you for the damaged items free of charge.
  • If you have ordered several items with different delivery times, please be patient. For sustainability reasons, we will ship your order together as soon as all items are available.

  Germany

  The following options are available for shipping within Germany:

  • Standard shipping with DPD: 5.99 euros per order. For orders with a gross value of 175 euros or more, we ship free of charge.
  • Premium shipping with DHL: 9.99 euros per order. For orders over 175 euros, we charge an additional 4 euros for delivery with DHL.

  Delivery time: approx. 1 to 3 business days.

  The prices stated on the product pages include statutory VAT and other price components. The shipment is sent with a tracking number, which will be provided to you for tracking purposes.

  We also ship to a DHL post office or Packstation if you choose premium shipping with DHL. Please enter your address details as follows:

  

  Austria

  For shipping to Austria, we charge 5.99 euros per order. For orders with a gross value of 175 euros or more, we ship free of charge.

  Delivery time: approx. 1 to 3 business days.

  The prices stated on the product pages include statutory VAT and other price components. The shipment is sent with a tracking number, which will be provided to you for tracking purposes.

  Europe

  For shipping to the following EU countries, we charge 13.99 euros per order.

  Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden.

  International

  Outside the EU, we ship to Switzerland, Norway and the United Kingdom. We charge a gross amount of 19.99 euros. per order.

  Delivery time to Switzerland: approx. 2 to 4 business days.

  Delivery time elsewhere: approx. 3 to 9 business days.

  Information on customs duties:

  Please note that additional customs duties, taxes and charges may apply to deliveries to non-EU countries. These fees are charged by the shipping service provider and are not included in the shipping price. The customer is responsible for paying these additional costs.

  We do not cover customs duties, import VAT or other charges that may arise in connection with importing into non-EU countries. Please contact the competent customs authorities in advance to obtain information about possible costs and formalities.
