The rounded edge is 12 cm wide and softly padded. Wide enough to rest your head comfortably, curved enough to make any room feel a little more inviting. The 7 cm thick base made of pressure-relieving viscose foam gives way where pressure occurs and provides support exactly where it is needed. Joints are relieved, the spine lies straight, and the muscles can fully relax. No sagging, no pressure points, no waking up with stiff joints.
The bouclé cover is warm, textured, and so inviting that you’ll want to reach into it yourself. It is removable and washable at 30°C. A water-repellent protective cover underneath quietly and reliably protects against moisture. SABRO provides a 10-year shape guarantee for the foam core.

Bouclé material
High-quality bouclé fabric made from 100% recycled polyester (rPES). The looped structure provides a soft feel while also making the fabric durable. The fabric used is certified according to OEKO-TEX® STANDARD 100 (TESTEX, Cert. No. SH015 203722).
Spunbond bottom material
For this ERK cover, a spunbond fabric is also used as the bottom material. The bottom material used is certified according to OEKO-TEX® STANDARD 100 (TESTEX, Cert. No. ZH015 182853).
Water-repellent protective cover
The water-repellent protective cover protects the foam core from moisture and dirt. The fabric used is certified according to OEKO-TEX® STANDARD 100 (TESTEX, Cert. No. ZH015 182853). Note: The protective cover is not an incontinence cover.
Viscoelastic foam core ERK dog bed
The viscoelastic foam core supports the body at targeted points and provides pressure-relieving comfort. The foam used comes from production certified according to OEKO-TEX® STeP (OETI, Cert. No. 22000745).

Suitable for allergy sufferers
The material does not provide a suitable habitat for fleas and mites, making it ideal for allergy sufferers and sensitive dogs.
For old dogs
Ideal for older dogs, dogs with osteoarthritis, hip dysplasia, or a heavy build. No pressure pain in the pelvic and hip area—even when lying down for long periods.
Bouclé fabric care
The fabric cover is machine-washable at 30 °C on a gentle cycle. Please close all zippers completely before washing. Gentle drying in a tumble dryer at a moderate temperature is possible. Do not iron, bleach, or use fabric softener.
Water-repellent protective cover
Wipe with water and mild detergent. Please do not wash or dry. Note: Not suitable for incontinence protection.
Foam care
The foam core must not be washed or dried. If it comes into contact with liquid, allow it to dry completely before using it again.
Usage instructions
The bouclé cover must always be put on over the water-repellent protective cover to protect the foam core from moisture and dirt. The water-repellent protective cover is automatically included with the ERK Bouclé.

To find the right size for your dog, measure your dog from the tip of the nose to the base of the tail. This measurement should not exceed the size of the sleeping area!

The bouclé cover is removable and machine washable at 30°C. The vegan suede cover is easy to care for; a quick wipe is usually sufficient.
In the bouclé version, a water-repellent protective cover lies beneath the outer cover, reliably protecting the core from moisture. With vegan suede, this is not necessary, as the cover itself is already easy to care for and resistant to moisture.

No, the ERK is supplied without an additional insert. Since its lying surface is identical to that of the KUDDE dog bed, KUDDE inserts fit perfectly in the ERK and can be ordered separately.
Both are SABRO’s own products and have a modular design: the covers can be changed, and the inserts can be purchased separately. The difference lies in their shape and dimensions. The ERK has rounded edges, but the bed itself remains rectangular, not round. Its edge is slightly wider at 12 cm than the KUDDE’s 10 cm, and its core is thicker at 7 cm compared with the KUDDE’s 5 cm core. As a result, the overall bed is slightly larger.
