The Torka cover feels like a fluffy towel – only even softer. The longer, fine terry loops hang loosely. They give the fabric a cozy texture that makes you want to sink right in. While your dog lies relaxed, the fibers absorb moisture and gently rub the fur dry.
Inside, the proven KUDDE foam core ensures healthy, orthopedic lying comfort. The stable side edges perfectly support the head and neck during dozing, while the lying surface relieves joints and the spine – a real plus for older or sensitive dogs. The water-repellent protective cover under the terry protects the high-quality foam core from moisture and dirt. And because we know that a dog's everyday life can sometimes be wild: The cover is removable, washable, and suitable for the dryer at a moderate temperature.

Torka material
Our high-quality terry fabric consists of 100 % polyester (PES). The looped fiber structure gives the cover an especially soft feel while providing high absorbency. The fabric is suitable for allergy sufferers.
Spunbonded nonwoven bottom fabric
This KUDDE cover also features a spunbonded nonwoven fabric used as the bottom layer. The bottom fabric used is OEKO-TEX® STANDARD 100 certified (TESTEX, certificate no. ZH015 182853).
Water-repellent protective cover
The water-repellent protective cover protects the core or filling from moisture and dirt. The fabric used is OEKO-TEX® STANDARD 100 certified (TESTEX, certificate no. ZH015 182853). Note: The protective cover is not waterproof against incontinence.
Foam core
The foam core supports the body at specific points and provides pressure-relieving comfort. Depending on the model, conventional or memory foam is used. The foam used comes from an OEKO-TEX® STeP-certified production facility (OETI, certificate no. 22000745).

Suitable for allergy sufferers
The material does not provide a suitable habitat for fleas and mites, making it ideal for allergy sufferers and sensitive dogs.
For old dogs
Ideal for older dogs, dogs with osteoarthritis, hip dysplasia, or a heavy build. No pressure pain in the pelvic and hip area—even when lying down for long periods.
Torka fabric care
Machine washable at 30 °C on a gentle cycle. Fully close the zippers before washing. Gentle tumble drying at a moderate temperature is possible. Do not iron, bleach, or use fabric softener.
Water-repellent protective cover
Wipe with water and mild detergent. Do not wash or dry. Note: Not suitable for incontinence protection.
Foam care
The foam core must not be washed or dried. If it comes into contact with liquid, allow it to dry completely before using it again.
Usage instructions
Fabric covers must always be fitted over a base cover (faux leather, vegan suede, or rubberized protective cover) to protect the foam core from moisture and dirt. The water-repellent protective cover is automatically included with KUDDE fabric beds.

To find the right size for your dog, measure your dog from the tip of the nose to the base of the tail. This measurement must not exceed the size of the lying surface!

The Torka cover is made of high-quality terry cloth with long loops that absorb moisture and help the fur dry faster. It is particularly suitable for dogs that come home wet after walks in the rain or after bathing. The cover is machine-washable at 30 °C and suitable for tumble drying.
The underside of the cover is made of a woven fabric (similar to upholstery fabric). It must be made of breathable material so that air can escape from the foam core. Otherwise, the KUDDE would be rock-hard. The woven fabric also provides the necessary ventilation for the core.
Yes, the KUDDE has a modular design. You can replace the Torka cover with a different fabric cover or add another one at any time. All fabric covers are always fitted over the water-repellent protective cover included with the product.
No, the KUDDE Torka dog bed does not include a free insert. You can order any MUMIN insert separately.
You receive the KUDDE space-savingly packaged in individual parts. This saves transport volume and CO2 per shipment. It is modular, so you can still buy different covers or inserts in a few years.
