Hygge for your dog
A restful sleep promotes health - for humans and animals. That's why you need a place for your dog to sleep and lie down. And dogs spend a lot of time sleeping and dozing. Adult animals get up to 18 hours a day, puppies and seniors sometimes even more than 20 hours. It is therefore all the more important that the dog bed is species-appropriate, safe and comfortable.
A bed becomes especially cozy with a pillow and blanket. Dogs see this quite similarly. Snuggling up to a pillow is immensely relaxing. And the cuddly blanket warms not only in winter, it is also suitable for resting on the go.
Easy-care and practical dog blankets and dog pillows
Most of the time you have several dog blankets and dog pillows in the house. This is because they are very flexible and easy to care for. They make the dog's sleeping place more homely and protect the sofa, the back seat of the car and the bed from hair and dirt. Your pet can snuggle up anywhere and you won't have to fret about dog taps on the freshly made bed.
Remember, the material must match the area of use. Especially dog blankets and pillows are usually used indoors. On a dry day, however, the blanket can easily come with you on a hike so your dog can rest on a soft surface in between - such as the Skolan Outdoor Mat or the Resor Travel Mat.

Pay attention to the right size. A blanket can be a little larger than your dog, but it should definitely not be too small. If the legs stick out, we also find that uncomfortable.

Cleaning blankets, pillows and covers
You should clean dog blankets and pillows at regular intervals so that germs, bacteria and fungi do not have a breeding ground and harm your dog. For loose hairs and minor soiling, shaking out, vacuuming and brushing is often sufficient.
But this is no substitute for a proper wash. You can simply clean the blankets and covers in the washing machine and then put them in the dryer. Everything is clean and fresh again.
