Please look below to see what kind of item your return is and then follow the instructions there. This is the only way to ensure that everything runs smoothly and is completed quickly.
Important information about your return in advance:
- You can return your delivery within 14 days of receiving the goods
- Used, soiled or damaged goods are excluded from return
- The return costs are to be borne by the customer, freight collect parcels will not be accepted
- A direct exchange of a returned item is unfortunately not possible
- For the KUDDE dog bed we offer an extended right of withdrawal to
- Free items purchased as part of a promotion or by subscribing to our newsletter will be charged if the minimum order value is not reached, unless they are returned with the order
How to return a SABRO product:
Return instructions for size S - L:
- Please send us an e-mail to [email protected]to register your return and assert your revocation.
- We will send you a stamped and addressed parcel label by e-mail for return shipment within Germany with DHL. If you have already unpacked your KUDDE dog bed, please leave the cover on the foam core. This will protect it from possible soiling or damage during transportation.
- Now pack the individual parts of the dog bed or, if applicable, the covered dog bed into the original box from your delivery. If you have already disposed of this, you can of course also use another suitable box. Caution: Never wrap the products themselves in packing paper or adhesive tape! This could damage them.
- Now print out the return slip that we sent you together with the invoice by e-mail and put it in the package, filled out completely.
- Stick the parcel label on the parcel and take it to a DHL branch near you.
- We will check your returned KUDDE as soon as we receive your shipment.
- If everything is in order, we will refund the purchase price within 14 days using the same payment method as for your order. We reserve the right to charge a cleaning/repair fee of €30 for heavily soiled or damaged KUDDE dog beds.
Return instructions for size XL - XXL:
- Please send us an e-mail to [email protected]to register your return and assert your revocation.
- If you have already unpacked your dog bed, you will receive your return documents from us by post, together with a vacuum bag for packing the foam core. If you have any difficulties with packing, please contact us.
- Please vacuum the foam core according to the instructions on the vacuum bag. IMPORTANT: The cover must not be vacuumed at the same time!
- Now pack the vacuum bag with the shrink-wrapped foam core and the folded cover into the original box of your delivery or another suitable box. Caution: Never wrap the products with packing paper or adhesive tape!
- Now print out the returns slip that we sent you together with the invoice by e-mail, fill it out completely and put it in your parcel.
- Stick the parcel label on the parcel and take it to a DHL branch near you.
- We will check your returned KUDDE as soon as we receive your shipment.
- If everything is in order, we will refund the purchase price within 14 days using the same payment method used for the order. We reserve the right to charge a cleaning/repair fee of €30 for heavily soiled or damaged KUDDE dog beds.

- For processing, we need pictures that clearly show the defect. Please send detailed pictures of the damage as well as an overall picture of the item as a PDF file together with your order or invoice number.
- We will check your complaint and photos as quickly as possible and get back to you regarding the next steps. Please note that we reserve the right to a processing time of up to 14 days.
- In the event of an incorrect delivery or justified complaint, we will of course cover the return costs. Please do not send anything back to us on your own initiative, but contact us in advance, as we cannot refund any postage costs incurred afterwards.
