Your return made easy

If you want to return something to us, we are personally there for you, first and foremost our returns fairy Martina Duprau. We coordinate everything to make it as easy as possible for you. Please check here what kind of item your return is and then follow the instructions there. This is the only way to ensure that everything runs smoothly and is done quickly.

Important in advance:
  • A return of your delivery is only possible within a period of 14 days after receipt of the goods
  • Used, soiled or damaged goods are excluded from return
  • The costs of the return are to be borne by the customer, unstamped packages are not accepted
  • A direct exchange of a returned item is unfortunately not possible

Kudde dog beds return

This is how you return a kudde:
  1. Please send us an e-mail to retoure@sabro.de or call Martina Duprau at 04108 590440. We will take care of your request very quickly.
  2. We will send you by e-mail a stamped and addressed parcel stamp for the return within Germany with DHL. By mail you will also receive a vacuum bag for the foam of your Kudde dog bed.
  3. Please vacuum the foam core according to the instructions on the vacuum bag. IMPORTANT: the imitation leather cover must not be vacuumed as well.
  4. Now pack the vacuum bag with the shrunk foam core and the folded leatherette cover into the original carton of your delivery (Attention: Please do not use packing paper or adhesive tape!).
  5. Now print out the return slip from our shipping email of your order at that time (this is the one with the tracking code) and put it in the package completely filled out.
  6. Stick the parcel stamp on the package and take it to a DHL branch near you.
  7. We will inspect your returned kudde promptly upon receipt of your shipment.
  8. If everything is in order, we will refund the purchase price within 14 days using the same payment method as your order.

Return of bulky goods

How to return Igloo dog tents and Snuggles size 2 and up:
  1. Please send us an e-mail to retoure@sabro.de or call Martina Duprau at 04108 590440. We will take care of your request very quickly.
  2. We will arrange a date with you and arrange for DHL to pick up the items on the day of your choice (Monday to Friday). For the pickup we charge you 13.50 EUR.
  3. Now print out the return slip for your order - you'll find it in our shipping confirmation email at the time (that's the one with the tracking code) - and put it in the package, completely filled out.
  4. We will check your returned goods quickly after receipt.
  5. If everything is in order, we will refund you within 14 days the purchase price minus the costs for the return via the same payment method as for your order.
  6. In addition, we will send you a shipping voucher code for 5.99 euros for your new order by email together with your cancellation invoice, this is valid for 30 days.

Return of other items

So you return everything except Kudde, Igloo and Snuggles from size 2:
  1. If you have any questions, please send an e-mail to retoure@sabro.de or call Martina Duprau at 04108 590440. We will take care of your request as soon as possible.
  2. Now print out the return slip for your order - you'll find it in our shipping confirmation email at the time (that's the one with the tracking code).
  3. Please put the completely filled out return form together with the goods in a sufficiently stamped package for your favorite parcel service (freight collect packages cannot be accepted).
  4. Please send the package ONLY to this address:

  6. If everything is in order, we will refund you the purchase price within 14 days using the same payment method as when you placed your order.

Defective or wrong articles

This is how you complain about defective or incorrectly delivered items:
  1. Please send us an email to reklamation@sabro.de or call Andrea Hems at 04108 590440. We will take care of your request very quickly.
  2. To process your claim, we need pictures that clearly show the defect. Please send detailed pictures of the damage and an overall picture of the item together with your order number to reklamation@sabro.de.
  3. We will check your complaint and photos as soon as possible and contact you regarding the further procedure.
  4. In case of a wrong delivery or justified complaint, we will of course cover the return shipping costs. Please do not send anything back to us on your own, but contact us in advance, because we can not refund postage costs afterwards.
