How to use our bonus program

Save money with bonus points

Every time you shop with us, you will be credited with bonus points. You receive the bonus points both when ordering via the online store and when ordering by phone.

And this is how it works:

The number of bonus points depends on the amount of your purchase value:
For every 10,00 € purchase value you get 1 bonus point from us. Example: Value of goods "Kudde dog bed original size 4" 119,00 € = 11 bonus points. There is a contribution-precise account in steps of 10: 10,00 € - 1 point, 20,00 € - 2 points and so on.

You can use the bonus points you have collected for your next purchase:
. Each point has a value of 0,50 €. At the end of the order process you can choose whether you want to redeem the points you have collected so far. Please note that you can redeem a minimum of 10 (-5,00 €) and a maximum of 200 (-100,00 €) points. So it's up to you to decide whether you want to continue collecting your points or not. You can find your current points balance in your customer account and directly in the shopping cart.

Your current points balance will be updated within 24 hours after order completion or return receipt. Please do not be surprised if your points balance does not change immediately.

If you exchange or return an item, this will also affect your current points balance. This will then be adjusted according to the increase or decrease in value.

A payout or passing on of the collected points is not possible.
