What you need to know about the conditions

Please note that you may only send us images of which you are the copyright holder and on which no third parties have image rights. If third parties make claims against SABRO GmbH, we will assert these claims against you. All persons depicted must agree to the publication.

By sending us your picture, you grant SABRO all commercial rights of use and transferable rights of copyright, including the comprehensive and exclusive rights of use of works, including all rights to ideas, drafts and designs, in particular the right to reproduce, distribute, broadcast, make available, rent, lend and resell and the right of public reproduction. The transfer is unlimited in terms of space, time and intended use and also applies to future, currently unknown types of use. The right of copyright designation is expressly waived.

The images sent will be checked by SABRO for presentation, size, format, image quality and inappropriate content prior to publication. SABRO reserves the right to reject images. There is no claim to publication of the images.
