Unfortunately, it is no longer possible to cancel or change an order once it has been placed.
We ship all orders within 1 - 2 after full payment. If everything goes smoothly on the way, your package should be with you within 3 working days - provided the item of your choice is in stock. You will find the relevant information directly under your ordered product. If you have ordered several items with different delivery times, please be patient. For reasons of sustainability, we will send your order together as soon as all items are available.

Used, soiled or damaged goods are excluded from return.

You have the right to cancel your contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, has taken possession of the goods. To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by means of a clear statement. To comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient for you to send the notification of the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the expiry of the withdrawal period.
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. For this repayment, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged any fees for this repayment.
You must send the goods back to us with sufficient postage, we will not accept freight collect shipments.
Items that cannot be sent normally by post due to their nature/size (such as our igloo tents) will be collected from you and you will be charged EUR 13.50 for collection within Germany. Outside of Germany, you are responsible for organizing the return shipment yourself.

Hygge for your dog
Restful sleep promotes good health - for both humans and animals. That's why you need a place for your dog to sleep and lie down. And dogs spend a lot of time sleeping and snoozing. Adult animals spend up to 18 hours a day, puppies and seniors sometimes even over 20 hours. This makes it all the more important that the dog bed is species-appropriate, safe and comfortable.
A bed with a pillow and blanket is particularly cozy. Dogs feel the same way. Snuggling up on a pillow is incredibly relaxing. And the blanket is not only warm in winter, it is also ideal for resting on the go.
Easy-care and practical dog blankets and dog cushions
You usually have several dog blankets and dog cushions in the house. This is because they are very flexible and easy to care for. They make the dog's sleeping area more cozy and protect the sofa, the back seat of the car and the bed from hair and dirt. Your pet can snuggle up anywhere and you don't have to worry about dog taps on the freshly made bed.
Remember, the material must be suitable for the area of use. Dog blankets and cushions in particular are usually used indoors. On a dry day, however, the blanket can also easily be taken on a hike so that your dog can rest on a soft surface in between - such as the Skolan outdoor mat or the Resor travel mat.
Hyggelige dog blankets
Our soft cuddly blankets keep your dog warm on cold winter days and are perfect as a throw for the sofa. The blankets are also very easy to transport. So your dog can snooze and relax in a restaurant, on vacation or at a friend's house.
Make sure you choose the right size. A blanket can be slightly larger than your dog, but it should definitely not be too small. We also find it uncomfortable if the legs are sticking out.

Dog cushion to snuggle up on
Our allergy-friendly cushions not only make your home cozier, but also your dog's sleeping area. If it's nice and soft, your dog can rest better. Take into account how your dog sleeps - curled up or stretched out. For some dogs, one pillow is enough, others like to sleep between lots of pillows.
Cuddly toy
With their curved shape, the cuddle cushions are a wonderful back support and suitable as a head rest. Anxious dogs in particular feel more comfortable with this type of cushion as it provides more security. They go perfectly with dog mats such as our Jokkmokk lying mat, as they simulate an edge that the dog can snuggle up to.
Our cuddle cushions are available in two sizes: 85 x 20 cm for small dogs and 100 x 25 cm for large dogs. Thanks to the waterproof inner cover, the cuddly toy is largely liquid-repellent.
Cleaning blankets, pillows and covers
Dog blankets and cushions should be cleaned at regular intervals to prevent germs, bacteria and fungi from breeding and harming your dog. Shaking out, vacuuming and brushing is often sufficient for loose hair and minor soiling.
But this is no substitute for a proper wash. You can simply clean the blankets and covers in the washing machine and then put them in the dryer. Everything will be clean and fresh again.
