What does a 100-day trial period mean?
We are convinced that KUDDE is the best place for your dog to sleep. But we also know that dogs have a mind of their own. So that you can relax and see whether your four-legged friend accepts the KUDDE dog bed, we offer you an extended return policy of 100 days from the date of delivery.
Your statutory right of withdrawal and warranty claims remain unaffected by this guarantee and continue to exist independently of this extended right of return.
The following conditions must be met for the 100-day warranty to apply:
- Like-new condition: Returns are only possible if the bed is unused and in a hygienically perfect condition. It must be completely free of dog hair, odors, and stains. This means:
- No laundry: Fabric covers and inserts must not have been washed under any circumstances.
- Integrity: The bed must not show any damage such as cuts, tears, nicks, or scratches that occurred after delivery.
- First order: The warranty applies once per customer for the first KUDDE order (excluding KUDDE Outdoor).
- Protection against abuse: The right expires if the return shipment is clearly made solely for the purpose of subsequently taking advantage of an order discount.
- Exclusion: KUDDE Outdoor products, bundle items, and accessories are excluded from the extended right of withdrawal.
No, the warranty is only for the acceptance test.
- Immediate check: Exchanges due to incorrect size must always be made immediately upon receipt and before first use.
- No exchange after use: The 100-day guarantee cannot be used for a subsequent size change for beds that have already been used.
- Measuring guide: Please use our size chart on the product page to determine the right size in advance.
We ask that you handle this matter with care during the introductory phase.
- Cleaning fee: If professional cleaning is necessary due to hair, odors, or dirt, we charge a flat fee of up to €150.00.
- Deduction: If any part of the KUDDE dog bed is returned damaged, we reserve the right to retain the full purchase price for that item.
- Tip for getting acquainted: Start by using a familiar blanket in the KUDDE. This promotes acceptance and keeps the material hygienically clean.
If your dog does not accept the KUDDE within 100 days, you can simply return it via our online returns portal .
Return shipping within Germany and Austria is free of charge for you under this warranty.
