What does 100-night trial mean?
We are convinced that the KUDDE is the best sleeping place for your dog. But we also know: dogs have a mind of their own. So that you can relax and see if your four-legged friend accepts the KUDDE dog bed, we give you an extended right of return of 100 days from the date of delivery.
Your statutory right of withdrawal and warranty claims remain unaffected by this guarantee and exist independently alongside this extended right of return.
For the 100-day guarantee to apply, the following conditions must be met:
- Like-new condition: A return is only possible if the bed is in unused, hygienically perfect condition. It must be absolutely free of dog hair, odors, and stains. This means:
- No washing: Fabric covers and inserts must not have been washed under any circumstances.
- Undamaged: The bed must not show any damage such as cuts, tears, notches, or scratches that occurred after delivery.
- First order: The guarantee applies once per customer for the first KUDDE order (KUDDE Outdoor excluded).
- Abuse protection: The right expires if the return is clearly made only to subsequently claim an order discount.
- Exclusion: The KUDDE Outdoor, as well as bundle and accessory items, are excluded from the extended right of withdrawal.
No, the guarantee is exclusively for acceptance testing.
- Immediate Check: An exchange due to an incorrectly chosen size must always take place immediately after receipt and before first use.
- No exchange after use: The 100-day guarantee cannot be used for a subsequent size change on beds that have already been used.
- Measuring aid: Please use our size chart on the product page to determine the correct size in advance.
We ask for careful handling during the trial period.
- Cleaning fee: Should professional cleaning be necessary due to hair, odors, or dirt, we will charge a fee of up to €150.00.
- Deduction: Should a component of the KUDDE dog bed be returned damaged, we reserve the right to withhold the full purchase price for this item.

Trial tip: Initially, use a familiar blanket in the KUDDE. This promotes acceptance and keeps the material hygienically impeccable.
If your dog does not accept the KUDDE within 100 days, you can simply register the return via our online returns portal.
Returns within Germany and Austria are free of charge for you as part of this guarantee.
