Unfortunately, it is no longer possible to cancel or change an order once it has been placed.
We ship all orders within 1 - 2 after full payment. If everything goes smoothly on the way, your package should be with you within 3 working days - provided the item of your choice is in stock. You will find the relevant information directly under your ordered product. If you have ordered several items with different delivery times, please be patient. For reasons of sustainability, we will send your order together as soon as all items are available.

Used, soiled or damaged goods are excluded from return.

You have the right to cancel your contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, has taken possession of the goods. To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by means of a clear statement. To comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient for you to send the notification of the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the expiry of the withdrawal period.
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. For this repayment, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged any fees for this repayment.
You must send the goods back to us with sufficient postage, we will not accept freight collect shipments.
Items that cannot be sent normally by post due to their nature/size (such as our igloo tents) will be collected from you and you will be charged EUR 13.50 for collection within Germany. Outside of Germany, you are responsible for organizing the return shipment yourself.

Some dogs enjoy a warm sweater or rainproof coat just as much as we humans do. But when is dog clothing useful and when should you do without it for the health and well-being of your pet?

When does dog clothing make sense?
Dogs are animals and not accessories for your own look. That's why dog clothing should always be chosen to fit.
One reason for wearing dog coats, jackets or sweaters is the breed of dog. Dogs live all over the world and nature has equipped them according to the region. Chihuahuas, Dalmatians, Jack Russell Terriers, Boxers and Greyhounds can cope with cold and wet conditions because they come from warm regions. And some breeds can no longer develop a winter coat at all. So these dogs should wear a dog coat or dog sweater in the cold and wet season so that they don't freeze.
Some old or sick dogs also enjoy a warm sweater. Older animals in particular have a slower metabolism and are less able to keep warm. If your dog is ill, his body should not have to fight against the cold. This slows down the healing process.
So if you see that your dog is shivering, react quickly. High-quality and suitable dog clothing ensures that you and your companion can enjoy your walk again.
What to look out for in dog clothing
Only put clothing on your dog if you have a good reason for doing so. This is because animals use their entire body as a means of communication, not just their ears and tail. As much of the body as possible should always remain visible and mobile.
Requirements for dog clothing:
- It must not restrict natural movements.
- Dog clothing should not chafe.
- It offers protection (for example from rain, moisture, cold or heat).
- The clothing must match the coat type.
- It must be washable (hand wash or washing machine).
Comfortable dog clothing for your faithful friend
Which dog clothing is right for your dog? And what size should it be? All products come with the required measurements and the best way to measure them. Then you can choose the right size.
Protection from rain and cold
Our 2-in-1 Kappa outdoor coat is ideal for dogs with very little hair or a very full coat. This is because thick hair tends to get soaked up and then rain and wind cool the body. Older dogs with back problems also prefer to go for a walk with a dry back.
The dog blanket is infinitely adjustable in the neck and chest area. It can be put on and taken off quickly thanks to the Velcro fastener. The material does not let wind or water through and has a soft teddy lining that can be removed if necessary. An additional belly flap protects the chest from getting wet from below.
The large leg openings do not restrict your dog's freedom of movement. In addition, the blanket does not make any noise when walking. This is an important criterion, as dogs may otherwise not accept the clothing.
Reflective strips are attached to the raincoat so that your dog can also be seen in the dark.
Cozy and warm on cold, dry days
