Unfortunately, it is no longer possible to cancel or change an order once it has been placed.
We ship all orders within 1 - 2 after full payment. If everything goes smoothly on the way, your package should be with you within 3 working days - provided the item of your choice is in stock. You will find the relevant information directly under your ordered product. If you have ordered several items with different delivery times, please be patient. For reasons of sustainability, we will send your order together as soon as all items are available.

Used, soiled or damaged goods are excluded from return.

You have the right to cancel your contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, has taken possession of the goods. To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by means of a clear statement. To comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient for you to send the notification of the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the expiry of the withdrawal period.
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. For this repayment, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged any fees for this repayment.
You must send the goods back to us with sufficient postage, we will not accept freight collect shipments.
Items that cannot be sent normally by post due to their nature/size (such as our igloo tents) will be collected from you and you will be charged EUR 13.50 for collection within Germany. Outside of Germany, you are responsible for organizing the return shipment yourself.

Nobody wants to sleep on a hard floor, and neither does your dog. Because over time you would get pressure sores and joint pain. In addition, draughts and cold can make you ill.
That's why a place for your four-legged family member to sleep is essential to ensure they feel comfortable and stay healthy for a long time. Depending on the animal's preference, this can be a dog bed or a mat with cuddly cushions and blankets. Pay attention to how your dog prefers to sleep. A soft cover provides extra comfort, but some animals prefer a less soft place to sleep.
Why a replacement cover for the dog bed?
Replacement covers have several advantages. First of all, the sleeping area is protected and therefore lasts longer. The covers can be easily changed and adapted to the seasons. In summer, a cooler fabric made from our Alltid material is pleasant, in winter it can be cozy and fluffy with SilkTouch or Mynki.
Depending on their size and material, dog beds are bulky and do not fit in the washing machine. A cover ensures good hygiene here. If you have several spare covers in the house, you can simply put on a fresh cover and wash the used one. Your dog doesn't have to wait until the old cover is dry again.
Replacement covers also help to protect the environment. The dog can use its bed for longer as the cover protects it.
What makes a good replacement cover
The production of a high-quality replacement cover begins with the selection of an attractive and hard-wearing fabric. This is optimally processed so that it fits perfectly with the corresponding product - nothing flaps around or stretches.
It is important that covers are easy to wash. After all, the practicality of replacing a used cover with a clean one is the main reason why we have several covers.

Covers for dog beds
If the cover of your KUDDE dog bed wears out over time, you can get a replacement made of high-quality imitation leather and imitation suede here. The easy-care and low-noise KUDDE artificial leather covers, artificial leather covers in pastel colorsand KUDDE covers in suede look are suitable for our KUDDE dog bed with the two different foam types KUDDE Standard and KUDDE Special.

In addition to our basic covers, we also offer covers made from different fabrics. So you can redesign the KUDDE dog bed depending on the season or simply your dog's preference. If your dog prefers a lying mat, you can order various replacement covers for our Jokkmokk dog mat.
In summer, the Alltid replacement cover provides a little cooling thanks to the comfortable fabric. The SilkTouch and Mynki covers are ideal for dogs who like it particularly cozy.
We also have two covers available for the Moomin insert for the KUDDE dog bed - a replacement Moomin Alltid cover for the summer and the cozy Moomin Mynkifleece cover for cold days.
If you spend a lot of time outdoors or in the car with your dog, the Jokkmokk outdoor lounger mat may also need a new protective cover. This cover is made of artificial leather, can be wiped clean and is quiet.
