Unfortunately, it is no longer possible to cancel or change an order once it has been placed.
We ship all orders within 1 - 2 after full payment. If everything goes smoothly on the way, your package should be with you within 3 working days - provided the item of your choice is in stock. You will find the relevant information directly under your ordered product. If you have ordered several items with different delivery times, please be patient. For reasons of sustainability, we will send your order together as soon as all items are available.

Used, soiled or damaged goods are excluded from return.

You have the right to cancel your contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, has taken possession of the goods. To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by means of a clear statement. To comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient for you to send the notification of the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the expiry of the withdrawal period.
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. For this repayment, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged any fees for this repayment.
You must send the goods back to us with sufficient postage, we will not accept freight collect shipments.
Items that cannot be sent normally by post due to their nature/size (such as our igloo tents) will be collected from you and you will be charged EUR 13.50 for collection within Germany. Outside of Germany, you are responsible for organizing the return shipment yourself.

Dog mats - for the best sleep for your dog

Hygge dog mats for dreaming
Humans and animals are similar in many ways: We feel fit after a good night's sleep. Dogs sleep and doze a lot. Adult animals sleep up to 18 hours, puppies and seniors even get over 20 hours.
For this reason, you should pay particular attention to your dog's sleeping and lying area. It should not only be soft and cuddly, but also orthopaedic.
The requirements for a dog mat change depending on the area of use:

- Are you placing it on a cold stone floor and does it therefore need to be thicker and cold-resistant?

The right dog mat for your dog
The dog mat should match the size of your dog. A small terrier needs significantly less space than a German shepherd. The mat must be large enough to stretch out on.
For each variant we offer, we list the available sizes with the centimeter measurements. You can simply measure at home and order the ideal dog mat in the desired color.
Some dog mats can be combined with a dog bed. As an insert, they provide a soft sleeping feeling and can be easily washed.

Thick mat, thin mat
Our range includes particularly cozy and warm mats such as Jokkmokk Mynki and the Hygge Pad, which will give your pet a heavenly night's sleep. Pay attention to the floor on which the mat is to be placed.
A thicker mat protects against cold floors and thus against illnesses such as cystitis. The Jokkmokk dog mat has a five-centimeter-thick core made of high-quality foam with a memory effect. It is ideal for heavy dogs as it provides good support for the pelvic and hip area. It is a blessing for animals with back problems.
A thinner dog mat such as our Hygge Pad is very suitable for cargo dog crates, for example, and makes an excellent carpet pad in the car or as a permanent insert in the Kudde dog bed. The Hygge Pad also provides temporary protection from wet floors.

Dog mats for outdoors
If you are looking for a dog mat for the garden or vacation, the car or for camping, the Skolan Outdoor or Jokkmokk outdoor mat are ideal. The mats are made of water-repellent outdoor material. While you can roll up Skolan Outdoor with the practical click fasteners to save space and carry it comfortably by the handle, heavy dogs and animals with arthritis will be happy about the orthopaedic foam core in the Jokkmokk outdoor mat.
Covers for dog mats
We offer covers and replacement covers for most dog mats. This is because the mats should be cleaned regularly. This can be done quickly with a cover. You simply change it and while it is in the wash, your dog can sleep on a fresh cover with its cuddly cushion.
