Statutory Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period will expire 14 days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the goods, provided you have ordered one or more goods within a single order and the goods are delivered together.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (e.g. email, letter).

Declare your withdrawal online

From 19 June 2026, you can conveniently declare your withdrawal online – just as easily as placing your order. All you need is your order number and email address – no account required.

In a second step, you will be asked to actively confirm your withdrawal. You will then receive a confirmation of receipt by email.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse you all payments received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and at the latest within 14 days from the day on which we received notice of your withdrawal from this contract. For this repayment, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back, or until you have supplied evidence of having returned the goods, whichever is the earliest.

You must return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and, in any event, no later than 14 days from the day on which you inform us of the withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the period of 14 days has expired. You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

Note on free items: If you received a free bonus item with your order, as part of a promotion or by signing up for our newsletter, this item will be charged if the minimum order value is no longer met, unless it is also returned.

Exclusion or Early Expiry of the Right of Withdrawal

  • for the supply of goods that are not prefabricated and for the production of which an individual selection or determination by the consumer is decisive, or that are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer (custom-made products)
  • for the supply of goods that are liable to deteriorate rapidly or whose expiry date is quickly exceeded

The right of withdrawal expires early in the case of

  • the supply of sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons, if their seal has been removed after delivery
  • the supply of goods which, after delivery, have become inseparably mixed with other items due to their nature

Extended Right of Withdrawal for the KUDDE – 100-Day Trial Sleep KUDDE only

In addition to your statutory 14-day right of withdrawal, we offer you a voluntary right of return of 100 days from the delivery date – our "100-Day Trial Sleep". Within the scope of this extended right of withdrawal, return shipping is free of charge for you within Germany. This extended right of return applies exclusively to the KUDDE dog bed (bundles and the KUDDE Outdoor are excluded).

What this means for you:

  • You will receive a full refund of the purchase price if the conditions for the trial sleep are met.
  • The extended right of return applies once per customer and only to the first-time KUDDE order.

Important note:
The 100-day right of return is a voluntary service provided by us – in addition to your statutory right of withdrawal. We reserve the right to restrict or exclude this right of return if:

  • multiple orders are placed with the intention of returning them,
  • the withdrawal is evidently intended only to obtain a discount after the fact, or
  • the right of return is otherwise misused.

In these cases, only the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal applies, and return shipping costs are to be borne by the customer.

This does not affect the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal.

Information About Your Return

  • A return of your delivery is only possible within a period of 14 days after receipt of the goods
  • Used, soiled, or damaged goods are excluded from return
  • Return shipping costs are to be borne by the customer; unpaid parcels will not be accepted
  • We do not process direct exchanges; please simply place a new order for your desired item after returning the original
