Material components of the KUDDE
The KUDDE dog bed is made up of various individual components, the materials of which have been carefully tested:
- Faux leather: The outer fabric used is certified according to OEKO-TEX® STANDARD 100 (TESTEX, cert. no. ZH015 182853).
- Spunbond fabric: The material used as the base fabric is certified according to the OEKO-TEX® STANDARD 100 (TESTEX, cert. no. ZH015 182853).
- Foam core: Manufactured in a facility certified under OEKO-TEX® STeP (OETI, Cert. No. 22000745).
Material insert HYGGE PAD
Our HYGGE PAD features a top layer made of vegan plush fabric that is exceptionally soft (100% polyester). The HYGGE Pad is certified according to the OEKO-TEX® STANDARD 100 (Hohenstein HTTI, Cert. No. A21-1280).
Material: Moomin Patch "Always"
For the MUMIN insert, we use textiles and cores that have been tested in their individual components:
- Alltid fabric: The fabric (100% polyester) is certified according to OEKO-TEX® STANDARD 100 (Hohenstein, cert. no. 17.0.24430).
- Core & Protective Cover: The foam core, including the protective cover, is certified according to OEKO-TEX® STANDARD 100 (Hohenstein HTTI, Cert. No. A21-1280).
Suitable for allergy sufferers
The material does not provide a suitable habitat for fleas and mites, making it ideal for people with allergies and sensitive dogs.

Our products take your pet's anatomy into account. The anatomically correct design makes a major contribution to keeping your pet healthy.
For old dogs
Ideal for seniors and dogs with joint problems (osteoarthritis, hip dysplasia). The thermoelastic viscoelastic foam in the pad provides pressure relief, allowing for pain-free lying down in the pelvic and hip areas.
Synthetic leather care
Simply wipe with water or a mild detergent. For best results, we recommend using KUDDE Special Cleaner and KUDDE Balm. Note: To protect the material, please do not machine wash and do not expose it to direct sunlight for extended periods.
Care Instructions for Textiles (HYGGE PAD & MUMIN)
Our fabric covers are machine washable:
- HYGGE PAD: Machine washable up to 40°C. Please lay flat to air dry (do not tumble dry!).
- Moomin Cover: Machine washable at 40°C and suitable for tumble drying on a low setting.
- Note: Please do not use fabric softener.
Care Instructions for Protective Cover & Foam
- MUMIN Protective Cover: The waterproof cover can be easily wiped clean with water and a mild detergent. Please do not wash or dry. Note: Not designed for incontinence protection.
- Foam core: Do not wash or dry. If it gets damp, allow it to air dry completely before using it again.

To find the right size for your dog, measure your dog from the tip of its nose to the base of its tail. This measurement should not exceed the size of the lying surface!
