It's a good thing there's Tobi the cuddly dog. The cute plush dog is the ideal second dog: quiet(without squeaking), easy to care for(washable) and cuddly. He is the ideal contact partner when you don't have time.

Please do not leave your dog to play unsupervised. If you discover a defect, replace the
play animal immediately to prevent any risk of injury to your dog.
How long does the toy last?
This is one of the most frequent questions we receive before a purchase. The answer is: no one
can say for sure. A dog with its powerful jaws, claws, enough time, energy and the desire to destroy
can destroy (almost) anything. Carpets, doors, dog beds, sofas, entire gardens, leads,
shoes, even chewing holes in the wall is possible for him. This also applies to toys of all kinds and
especially stuffed animals. Sometimes an ear simply gets in the way or the eyebrows have to go because they don't like them.
But all in all, our soft toys can withstand an amazing amount of playtime fun. But one thing is certain: there comes a day,
when the toy's survival can no longer be guaranteed. We are sure that the purpose of playing and
cuddling fun will have been fully fulfilled by then. Everyone knows their dog best. There are
gentler players who merely carry their stuffed animal around gently and are looking for a cuddle buddy. On the other side
there are the little rioters who pounce on their prey and don't rest until there are only scraps
left. And sometimes it is also a surprise: the otherwise so gentle Goldie turns out
to be a real whirlwind and after only 5 minutes the beautiful soft toy is gone, how unusual for him.
Conclusion: the lifespan of a soft toy is naturally limited. How limited, however, depends
on your dog and in the meantime you can have a lot of fun.

Unfortunately, it is no longer possible to cancel or change an order once it has been placed.
We ship all orders within 1 - 2 after full payment. If everything goes smoothly on the way, your package should be with you within 3 working days - provided the item of your choice is in stock. You will find the relevant information directly under your ordered product. If you have ordered several items with different delivery times, please be patient. For reasons of sustainability, we will send your order together as soon as all items are available.

You have the right to cancel your contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, has taken possession of the goods. To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by means of a clear statement. To comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient for you to send the notification of the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the expiry of the withdrawal period.
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. For this repayment, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged any fees for this repayment.
You must send the goods back to us with sufficient postage, we will not accept freight collect shipments.
Items that cannot be sent normally by post due to their nature/size (such as our igloo tents) will be collected from you and you will be charged EUR 13.50 for collection within Germany. Outside of Germany, you are responsible for organizing the return shipment yourself.
