Material components of the KUDDE
The KUDDE is made up of various individual components, the materials of which have been carefully tested:
- Faux leather: The outer fabric used is certified according to OEKO-TEX® STANDARD 100 (TESTEX, cert. no. ZH015 182853).
- Spunbond fabric: The material used as the base fabric is certified according to the OEKO-TEX® STANDARD 100 (TESTEX, cert. no. ZH015 182853).
- Foam core: The foam used is manufactured at a facility certified under the OEKO-TEX® STeP standard (OETI, Cert. No. 22000745).
Material insert HYGGE PAD
Our HYGGE PAD features a top layer made of vegan faux fur that is exceptionally soft. It is made of 100% polyester, lined with a plush fleece, and has a non-slip coating on the underside. The HYGGE Pad is certified according to OEKO-TEX® STANDARD 100 (Hohenstein HTTI, Cert. No. A21-1280).
Materials for the Alltid Cuddly Croissant
For the cuddly squirrel, we use fabrics whose individual components have been tested:
- Alltid fabric: The outer fabric (100% polyester) is certified according to OEKO-TEX® STANDARD 100 (Hohenstein, cert. no. 17.0.24430).
- Protective cover: The water-repellent inner cover protects the filling and is certified according to OEKO-TEX® STANDARD 100 (TESTEX, Cert. No. ZH015 182853). Note: Not designed for incontinence protection.
- Filling: Filled with siliconized viscose wadding (do not wash!).
Suitable for allergy sufferers
The material does not provide a suitable habitat for fleas and mites, making it ideal for people with allergies and sensitive dogs.

Our products take into account your pet's anatomy, i.e., the structure and build of its body. The anatomically correct design makes a significant contribution to keeping your beloved pet healthy.
For old dogs
Ideal for old dogs and dogs with osteoarthritis, HD or for heavy breeds. No pressure pain in the pelvic and hip area (heaviest point) due to lying down.
Synthetic leather care
Wipe with water or a mild detergent. For best results, we recommend using KUDDE Special Cleaner. Note: To protect the material, please do not wash in the washing machine and do not expose it to direct sunlight for extended periods (e.g., in a sunroom).
Care Instructions for Textiles (HYGGE PAD & Alltid)
Our fabric covers are machine washable:
- HYGGE PAD: Wash on the gentle cycle at up to 40°C. Please do not use fabric softener and set the spin speed to a maximum of 800 rpm.
- Alltid Cuddly Squirrel Cover: Also machine washable at 40°C.
- Dryer: Both items are suitable for tumble drying at a low temperature.
Care: Protective Cover, Filling & Foam
- Protective cover (crescent-shaped): Wipe down with water and a mild detergent. Do not wash or dry. Not designed for incontinence protection.
- Core & Filling: The foam core and the croissant-shaped filling must not be washed or dried. If the foam becomes damp, allow it to air dry completely.

To find the right size for your dog, measure your dog from the tip of its nose to the base of its tail. This measurement should not exceed the size of the lying surface!
Each KUDDE dog bed has its own foam density, which is only suitable for the intended dog size and weight.
