Unfortunately, it is no longer possible to cancel or change an order once it has been placed.
We ship all orders within 1 - 2 after full payment. If everything goes smoothly on the way, your package should be with you within 3 working days - provided the item of your choice is in stock. You will find the relevant information directly under your ordered product. If you have ordered several items with different delivery times, please be patient. For reasons of sustainability, we will send your order together as soon as all items are available.

Used, soiled or damaged goods are excluded from return.

You have the right to cancel your contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, has taken possession of the goods. To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by means of a clear statement. To comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient for you to send the notification of the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the expiry of the withdrawal period.
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. For this repayment, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged any fees for this repayment.
You must send the goods back to us with sufficient postage, we will not accept freight collect shipments.
Items that cannot be sent normally by post due to their nature/size (such as our igloo tents) will be collected from you and you will be charged EUR 13.50 for collection within Germany. Outside of Germany, you are responsible for organizing the return shipment yourself.

Grooming and caring for your dog is an important part of keeping your pet healthy . For some breeds, grooming should be part of the daily routine. And depending on the length of the coat, brushes, currycombs and the like have to perform differently.

Why grooming your dog is important
Dogs have long been loyal companions for us humans. And they are dependent on our care. Because bad teeth, dull coats and excessive earwax are not "natural" for animals either.
With regular grooming, your dog's quality of life will improve and he will be by your side for longer. If your pet feels really comfortable in his own skin, he will show you his affection with shining eyes and wagging tail.
Dog grooming is an important bonding ritual. You strengthen your relationship with your pet and it learns to trust you. You will also be able to quickly recognize changes such as redness, eczema, injuries, dull and shiny fur or parasites and do something about them.

Care of eyes, ears, teeth and paws
Our dogs use their ears and eyes to perceive their surroundings and move around safely. Regular cleaning of these organs is therefore important. Regularly and gently remove dirt and prevent inflammation.
It is best to teach your dog to brush his teeth from an early age so that he gets used to it and you can ensure healthy and clean teeth. Chewy snacks are not a suitable alternative for proper dental hygiene.
Check your dog's paws and claws regularly and trim them if necessary. This will help you to quickly detect cracks or small injuries in the paws. Good paw care is particularly worthwhile in summer and winter. In the event of an injury, it is best to protect the paw with our paw protection boot.
